Hello BP,

Bumped into this site through pure luck, browsed for a few, and learned more reading the forums and blogs than I have in the last month of trying to lock up a deal. I'm an Army veteran who has now jumped head first into R.E. investing/wholesales. Don't have a 100% grasp on how this all works, so be reading for some "duh" questions from me. lol. No worries though, I've been the FNG before and moved to the top. I will do the same with this as well! Hope to meet a few helpful people and investors to get the ball rolling.
