I have a paid for house $330k Tucson and condo $110k. Santa fe.

1. Do I have to have a job to get HELOC?

2. I am not seeing any great deals like on podcast. Lowest price homes $150k, rent for $750

What types of numbers work here?

3. Anyone have experience in either Tucson or Santa fe, NM?

Hi @Leisa Forman

1. Not necessarily, but most banks will want to see some sort of income.

2. AZ is a warming market from my understanding (I don't live there but know folks who do) so you may not be able to find any good deals. May have to look farther afield.

3. Not I.
