New Buy and Hold Investor in the Tampa Area

Hello All,

This is my first time posting on Bigger Pockets and I am excited to get more involved.  My husband and I have done 3 flips but we are switching gears to buy and hold investments.  We are currently in the Clearwater / Tampa area and looking for single or multifamily homes.  We are about to send out our first direct mail campaign to find more leads.  Would love to connect with local investors and any advice is much appreciated!
