New member from CO, 2 rentals and looking to grow.
Born and raised in CO, turned our first home into a rental just over a year ago and purchased my duplex property in Kissimmee,FL this past August.
Been a fun ride with lessons learned but already looking at trying to secure a 3rd rental in the next year.
