Hi Everyone,

My name is Jonathan Hardy (Call me Jon). I'm from Chicago and I'm looking to get started in real estate investing within the next year. More specifically, I want to invest in multifamily rental properties. During the day, I'm a construction inspector for transportation infrastructure projects (roads and bridges) in the city and occasionally throughout the state. I'm super excited to get started and to connect with other real estate investors, agents, brokers, building inspectors and any other relevant professionals in the area or om BP. Looking forward to checking the forum and BP in the future.

@Jonathan Hardy - Welcome to BP and the re investing community! Funny you work for an infrastructure company because I did to and a lot of your construction skills will help in real estate.

Do you have an idea where you want to start investing? I started with a house hack in Bucktown. Not the best cash flow but great tenants and appreciate will payoff.

Also, saw you mentioned you are looking for some connects with brokers, pm’s, etc. pm me and I can send over some great referral.
