When it comes to Rental investments, what's the lowest ROI you're willing to accept after analyzing before making an offer?

@Nicholas Whiteside if you’re below 8 percent I’d say it’s not worth your time

Every market is going to be different, but in general as @Caleb Heimsoth mention anything less than 8 percent you're better off looking at other investments which have similar risks and much less effort.
