Not quite a noob, definitely not a pro
Greetings! My name is Max, and I'm intensely motivated to get out of tech and away from this desk job!
I've owned rentals in the distant (15 years) past, and I was not good at it at the time - lots of vacancies, little to no ROI, no network - it was a disaster, and that's why I'm here. I want to correct those mistakes and make another real run at it and make it work this time.
I have a good paying job (that I want to get rid of), healthy savings, and free time. What I lack (now and then) is a team, and I'm very motivated to remedy that, I just don't know how. I'm going to local RE investment groups starting next month, any other suggestions are welcome!
