Looking For a Wholesaling Help!

Rodney Jones
Posted

Hey guys!

I want to start this off by mentioning I am 100% new to the real estate business, as far as experience goes. I do have a great knowledge on how it all works but have not yet implemented any practices. I have attended seminars and spent thousands on courses. We are very eager and ready to get a foot in the door and feel like starting off with a mentor is whats best for us. We also would like to speak with other wholesalers, new and or experienced just to build relationships. We currently live in the Inver Grove Heights area of Minnesota, but have had an eye on the properties in the Champlin, Maple Grove, and Brooklyn Park area. So if there's anyone out there interested in taking us under their wing feel free!

I'm not going to take you under a wing, but I'll answer any questions you have. You probably don't need to go to any seminars. Most of them are just a bunch of rah, rah anyway. (I've been to more than 100.) I've wholesaled 100s of houses. I don't count. It's a lot.
