So I'm in and ready to make the Leap.  Ready to change my life for the better.  Been doing a lot of reading and research and trying to figure out what's next.  My Goal is to be able to quit my current job so I can focus on real estate and a better future for my family.  I need to have a cash flow of at least $6000/mo to obtain this.  Please Help!!

I love the ambition @David Bushroe II, I wouldn't quit your job quite yet though! You will need to have that W-2 to qualify for loans. I would suggest buying several properties first and then consider going in full time!
