Hey BP,

My name is Jung, I'm a new member and wanted to introduce myself to the BP Community.

Currently living near Philadelphia, PA.  I came across the podcasts while looking for something to listen to on a road trip.  RE investing has been something I really wanted to get into and after listening to a few dozen episodes, I decided to join PRO and take the next step towards my FIRE.  

A little about myself... I'm a all in, jump before looking kind of guy. Father of an amazing 3 year old boy. Currently operating a couple franchise businesses and decided owning CRE and Investment RE would give me the life I want to live. I want to do this by getting good at analyzing a few deals a day until I find deals that I can't pass up. Also just passed my PA RE licensing courses and looking to sign on with a Commercial Brokerage to help me further along my RE journey.

Nowhere else can you find such great content. Thanks to everyone in BP that makes this community what it is and also to a special thanks to Josh Dorkin, Brandon Turner, Scott Trench for creating BP!
