Introducing Myself | New Real Estate Investor & Entrepreneur.

Greetings from Winter Park, FL!

I'm currently a high school senior, looking forward to entering college and receiving a Bachelor's in Finance and a Masters in Business Administration.

Vision, goals, and desire are some of the few central principles that dictate the direction of my real estate journey. I'm interested in building strong and enduring wealth through my real estate investments. I possess an interest in learning the systems of real estate investors and the various strategies that they have utilized to establish their success in the business. I'm looking forward to making my first real estate investment by the age of twenty with the goal of making this investment a wholesale or flip, which in turn would provide the necessary capital/revenue to purchase a multiunit property primarily focused on the creation of cashflow.

I want to convert my mind into a resourceful asset to myself and to the individuals who help me establish my real estate journey, so if you have any suggestions for someone as young me and as someone new to real estate investing, I'd be honored to hear them.

Welcome to BiggerPockets, Xavier!

I admire you for having an entrepreneur goal at early age!  Know what, you have hit the JACKPOT for real estate investors! Your starting point is right here in BiggerPockets. All your questions can be answered in this site. Just ask! Here are the suggestions I can initially give you:

1. Subscribe to the BiggerPockets Money and Rookie Podcasts

2. Attend the FREE WEBINARS

3. Attend a Meetup in Your Area

4. Purchase the Beginner Books: How to Invest in Real Estate, Set for Life, The House Hacking Strategy

5. Peruse the forums! Ask questions! Answer Questions!

If you are consistent with learning real estate over the next 4-6 months, you’ll be ready to purchase your first (or next) property in NO TIME!
