Do any of you use free online calculators for real estate agents?

Ex: commission calculators, mortgage calculators, etc.

If so, could you list what you think are the most useful ones for an agent? And how would it help in becoming a more effective agent? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

My friend, I'm going to be blunt and don't take offence to it. No calculator will make you a more effective agent! 

How is an online commission calculator help you be a better agent? If you cant multiply a $750,000 x 6% (.06) in your iPhone you have bigger problems.  

First, you need to know how to sell consistently under any circumstances before you calculate any commission. Don't put the horse before the carriage. Don't bother with a mortgage calculator you sell homes, leave it to your mortgage referral partner he or she is the expert on this ask them. Get something out of that relationship. Do you have a mortgage referral partner?

If you think this is what you need then google it there are hundreds of resources online.
