Hi my name is David Baldwin and I am from Lapeer Michigan. I work a 9-5 job which I like doing but would prefer to have that passive income stream. I am been investing in a REIT for some time but I want to get more involved and deeper into the real estate world. Since we have loads of time to sit I have been researching and listening to the podcast to gain some knowledge before jumping in. My plan currently is to do BRRRR and then go from that. I am looking to buy my first home and already have a realtor helping me look. Looking forward to meeting everyone!

@David Baldwin - Best of luck David! If you ever want to pursue a different investment opportunity, similar to a REIT, but you get the option to choose your terms and return rate, but way less work than an actively managed portfolio (which is what a BRRRR is), my strategy has been Private Lending the past couple of years and it is definitely something to consider!
