Bye Bye Corporate Career, Hello Real Estate
I have always planned on eventually moving into real estate investing later in my career, however, due to the recent impact Covid-19 has had on the cruise industry, I have been forced to make this move sooner than I expected.
I am in South Florida and primarily looking to acquire multifamily properties. I am also in the process of obtaining my Real Estate license and looking to work with investors. I own rental property and I have been on the outside witnessing family members do flips, wholesales, and BRRR in the early 2000's. I am very familiar with many of the ins and outs of the industry and now its my turn to make this my full time career.
