Introduction - Seattle market

Hello,

I recently moved back to Seattle after living in Sacramento for the last two years (grew up in Seattle most of my life). I am quite familiar with CRE (previously working as a CRE credit analyst), although would like to get started with residential real estate investing. Currently, I do not own a home, and would like to own one in the near future and follow a buy and hold rental strategy (eventually transitioning to more multifamily). I thought this would be the best way to introduce myself and reach out!

Feel free to shoot me a message - let's connect!

Best regards,

Rob Leet

@Rob Leet - welcome back! We moved away from Seattle for a couple years and made our way back as well. This city is tough to leave behind.

I'm a big fan of house-hacking at least your first 3 rental properties, ideally utilizing friendly ADU/DADU legislation if you're in Seattle or Tacoma proper. That's the strategy we've used to build our portfolio, and most of my clients do the same. Happy to grab a coffee if you'd like to chat in some more detail, cheers!
