Hello,

I am graduating from business school June and will be moving to Charlotte full-time. I am originally from Seattle, and worked in Sacramento for a couple of years. I am quite familiar with CRE (previously working as a CRE credit analyst), although would like to get started with residential real estate investing. Currently, I do not own an investment property, and would like to own one in the near future and follow a buy and hold or house-hacking strategy (eventually transitioning to more multifamily). I spent last summer in Charlotte and loved it, looking forward to living there. I thought this would be the best way to introduce myself and reach out!

Feel free to shoot me a message - let's connect!

Best regards,

Rob Leet

Thank you @James Tarleton for the advice. Yes, I am looking for a RE agent to start, and then connect with a mortgage broker and general contractor. @Aaron Nelson - just sent you a PM, thanks.

Hello,

I recently moved back to Seattle after living in Sacramento for the last two years (grew up in Seattle most of my life). I am quite familiar with CRE (previously working as a CRE credit analyst), although would like to get started with residential real estate investing. Currently, I do not own a home, and would like to own one in the near future and follow a buy and hold rental strategy (eventually transitioning to more multifamily). I thought this would be the best way to introduce myself and reach out!
