Probate Seller Financing
Has anyone had much success to get sellers to accept seller financing on probate properties? Everyone seems to "just want to be done" with the property, put in no work, and get full retail ARV with cash. I am willing to give them cash or full retail with owner financing but not both. I realize that you have to find the right seller, but any negotiating tips would be helpful.
