I am currently in my final year at the United States Naval Academy. I plan to use my last year here to gain as much knowledge about investing in real estate, more specifically, buying and renting out properties. I plan on meeting experienced investors and looking to network and learn as much as possible through forums and podcasts. After I graduate, I should be in Pensacola, FL for a few years where I plan on starting my investments. I understand the process will be different for me since I will be moving around in the military. I am looking to see how I can make this all work. I look foward to learning from you all!

@Kevin Semma welcome to the military REI community! I commend you for thinking ahead this much. There are a lot of military REI guys and gals in the P-Cola area, and I'm absolutely certain that you will be able to find a house hack, or decent property, there when you PCS.
