@Neal Ferrell I agree with @Ned Carey. I am a Pro Member, and an additional benefit for me is I get to post in Marketplace my virtual wholesale properties. I sell one or two of them a year using BP Marketplace. That ROI makes it worth it for me. @Ned Carey
