New from Los Angeles...

Hi Everyone!

I'm new here. I live in Los Angeles. I'm also new the the Real Estate industry, trying to soak up as much information as possible. I'm interested in all aspects of Real Estate but leaning towards Commercial also I'd like to be in a position to be able to drive 2 hours or less (I suppose 3 would be okay too) to anything I own. I don't own anything at the moment however, my in-laws own commercial real estate. I'm also looking to meet people in the area as well, maybe through meetups investment clubs etc...

Anyways.. thanks for reading, and I love BP already!!!

Steve L. pretty much said it all - lol!!

There's a bunch of great investors on here, you'll learn a ton. Don't be afraid to reach out to the community to ask questions even "dumb ones". I've found putting myself out there has helped me shave the learning curve out quite a bit.
