New Member, Commercial property, and empty lots
Greetings BiggerPockets Community,
I am a new member looking to manage my family's estate in the Cleveland, OH. We are the owners of a severely distressed commercial property and a couple of empty residential lots. I am looking for some advice on how to develop the distressed property and the best investment strategies for the empty lots.
