Good point. It is an abandoned group home in an area that has been zoned for commercial property. It has serious water damage and a roof that is in need of desperate need of repair.

Greetings BiggerPockets Community, 

I am a new member looking to manage my family's estate in the Cleveland, OH. We are the owners of a severely distressed commercial property and a couple of empty residential lots. I am looking for some advice on how to develop the distressed property and the best investment strategies for the empty lots. This site has been a great resource so far and I look forward to connecting with more members.
