Hi All,
My name is Carla and I am new to REI. My husband and I have always wanted to get into REI but have never thought seriously about it until now. We will be working together as a team. I am the research part of the team and he is the action part. I am a teacher and he is a contractor. Our goals are to get into rehabbing, fix/flip and buy and hold. We are still working on a solid plan since I am learning something new every time I come on to BP. We would love to own buy and hold properties on LI, FL and CA.

We are looking to meet investors and learn more about the business since my husband can work together with them on their projects and learn from them. We would also like to meet some local realtors who we can work with.

Any advice/suggestions/connections would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for sharing all of your information!
