New to Real Estate, looking for advice!
New to real estate, have been doing a lot of research online and was wondering if anyone can give some advice that has worked for them when just starting out. I am from the northern Kentucky/ Cincinnati area and would like to start with wholesaling just don’t particularly know how to find/make a good deal. Thanks in advance and look forward to hearing from everyone!

Buy low, sell high.
I’d recommend sticking with one lead gen strategy and mastering it before moving on to another one. Consistency will get you momentum.
