Hi, I'm a new investor and learning as much as I can before I buy. I am currently reading Rental Property Investing. I am interested in buying a single family rental, living in it for a year or so and then converting it into a rental house. Any advice on the best single family home cities around the Cleveland and Lorain area? What to look out for as a new investor? Thanks!
