My name is John and I heard of the BiggerPockets community from reading "The House Hacking Strategy" by Craig Curelop which was recommended to me by a close friend of mine and I want to quickly give a shoutout to @Craig Curelop since I know you are out there somewhere! This book was life changing and I now have goals which pertain to the topics on BiggerPockets. I am very excited to join this wonderful community of people who are hungry for real estate/house hacking knowledge! @John Lee hit up @Donald E Appleberry too! He bought a million dollar triplex with the VA loan recently, and has helped 5-6 of my friends do the exact same thing!
