Hi BP Community!

My name is Peter Pham! Right now I'm getting my license as a real estate broker and talking to Your Castle to be my brokerage. Additionally, I'm talking to many people about investing and am planning on house hacking my first ever property in the near future!

I love the BP podcast, the short IG info posts by Brandon Turner, bought How to Invest in Real Estate, The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down, and SOLD on Audible and going through them now while I go through a Robert Kiyosaki real estate course.

Hello @Peter Pham, welcome to BP! From the stories I've heard, you are in a crazy market up in Denver. If you could list a home you will be well on your way to a nice paycheck, then you have to figure out how to repeat it :).
