What's up!
As the title says, I'm a newbie aspiring real estate investor here in Asia, more specifically the Philippines. I learned from this website a couple of weeks ago, and my desire to pursue REI began 11 years ago. It was a long time but now I think I am ready to take the challenge. learn from members here, and hopefully, be one of the guests of the podcast to share my story of failures and successes.

Looking forward to hearing from you guys! And sorry if my English is a bit poor.
