Hello I live in Pittsburgh, PA. I am looking experienced individuals in the area or close by that have purchased/focused on pre foreclosures to get the property at below market value. I am also the owner of a renovations company so I’m looking to do the rehabilitation myself. Just looking for advice on the process. I have done research and continue to research but a fresh voice is always helpful. 

At this time I’m interested in purchasing single family properties. Fix up and flip, followed by purchasing another two properties ( 1 single family- flip, plexs- rent).
