Hi Everyone,

Joseph here in Hot-lanta. I was looking for a property (M/F or SF Flip) and somehow stumbled on Bigger Pockets. I've been in the race for a few years and learned enough to lose my share of money. Hoping to continue some life long RE investing learning and share the little I do know :-).
