Hello everyone! My wife and I are both ICU RNs in Newnan, Ga. We have been very frugal with our income and recently acquired a large return on a real estate transaction from a rental property we owned. It encouraged us to further research investing into more real estate and a friend of mine referred me to bigger pockets! We are rookie investors and we are excited to learn from this seemingly amazing community!
