Hello!

I'm Jackie, a recent graduate from CSUS looking to find my way into the real estate investment world. I've been doing plenty of research in the past months, and have been overwhelmed with information! I'm glad I stumbled onto this site, hopefully I can continue learning from all of you who have found success in REI.

Why Real Estate? It's simple... I realized quickly after graduating that I don't want to be stuck with 40 hour work weeks and nothing to show for it. I'm a strong believer in taking risks, especially if it leads to financial freedom!

Also- I have a question. I've been in contact with a mentoring program, called Freedom Mentor (www.freedommentor.com) Has anyone done this? Is it worth it? I can't find much information on it online, seems like a red flag but thought I'd ask in case anyone has experience with it.

Any guidance with how to get started is greatly appreciated!
