Hello World!

I'm new to the world of Real Estate Investing but I'm ready to start diving deep. I've listened to a few real estate books and pod casts and I feel like I'm are ready to begin the investing career. My wife and I already own a home but are looking to purchase a second within the next year.

I'm looking to purchase real estate mostly around central Florida (Tampa, Orlando, Melbourne) and Kentucky/Ohio/Indiana area.

I have an initial goal to purchase 1 property a year for the next few years but that might be bit ambitous, we shall see!
