Greetings all, I'm Ron Stephenson pleasure to make your acquaintance. I'm currently invested in Wilmington, DE, through house hacking a 3 bedroom townhome with my college mate. In the upcoming year will be moving out and renting the entire property out. I've been educating myself through the Bigger Pockets forum & podcast along with reading & YouTube University.
The next property's wishlist is to acquire a townhouse and flip it, followed by a duplex and BRRR.
Currently, working on debt removal (everything except the mortgage), learning the math, and breaking down deals.
