Hello everyone, 

So my wife and I are about 30 days until closing on a 4 unit Multifamily in VT but to cut it short , what should me spend our attention on while we wait ?

Congrats on the new deal! I'd recommend everything mentioned above! I'm a big fan of RentRedi, they do a great job and my tenants have loved the ease of rent payments. I'd also recommend scheduling any rehab work now so that you are not waiting months for contractors to get to work!
