I am new to investing, buying, selling, flipping, and renting. I've seen the growth and power RE contains. I want to aquire 250 properties in the Kansas City and Tulsa areas. But I am new and learning. I'd love advice, sit downs, and any way I can learn. I sell with dual license in KS and MO, but want to do more.

Best advice is to find a mentor OR to start buying property and get started. The first deal won't be a grand slam but it will get your momentum moving. Sometimes its better to breakdown your 5-10yr goal into smaller quarterly goals to better reach them.
