Houston, TX - Looking to connect & house hacking
Hey All,
I live in Houston, Texas, am 24, and am in a position to start my real estate journey (and get started as soon as possible!). I am looking to House Hack via a duplex purchased with low money down. Have already been approved by a mortgage lender, and I wanted to see if I could connect with any Houston people.
I know where I want to be in 5 years, and honestly just would love to learn as much as possible and get any insight / advice into the Houston market / real estate in general.
And if anyone has any tips for duplexes or house hacking in the Houston area, I'm all ears!
