Wrote this BP blog post today on a useful app for doing quick-and-dirty data visualizations and analysis (one of the visualizations is shown below), inspired by my own efforts analyzing Milford's online sales database, thought this forum might find it interesting. Sure thing, @Bernard Braithwaite, that particular graph shows the distribution of sale prices in the sample I used. So there were 186 sales in the range between $337K-$349K, clustered around the mean of approximately $337K. (There's more graphs and some further detail in the blog post).
