Conflict when renting your own property while working as agent?

Is there a conflict if you're agent and you list your rental on your own without any assocation to your broker? I had a talk with the broker today. She said there maybe a conflict but will check because when I post my rental on my own, my name still associate with the Broker. So if anything go wrong, it may come back to the Broker.

Thanks

Chi

Typically all real estate activities of a licensed individual need to take place under the supervision of your brokerage. At least in every state I am licensed in.
