I've identified Jacksonville Fl as an attractive market. I'm putting together a fund and looking to make purchases. I'm traveling down there August 7 to 11 to look at neighborhoods and meet people.

Who's working down in this area? I need contractors, real estate agents, and wholesalers. We'll be cash buyers looking for great cash flows on single families and commercial.

Send me your deals and send me input on the good, the bad, and the ugly neighborhoods or any general input on the market.
