real estate large scale multifamily investing
Hello everyone,
long time reader but first time poster. Together with my business partner we were able to secure large amounts of money from investors and we would like to invest in multifamily real estate in Florida. Any one has any advice on how to find an experienced investor who has a proven track record and the connections in the market. Our main idea is to make an investment fund.
We would appreciate any useful advice. Thanks in advance

Do you have any idea what area you'd like to be in? I know a few developers in the Miami/ft. Lauderdale area, as well as the Tampa and Jacksonville areas.
