Hi everyone, I currently have a lender and agent that I've used in the past but I am looking to make more connections in the area and broaden my reach for good investment properties.  I'm currently looking for residential multifamily prioperties, with cash flow as the driver.  Prefer to avoid Newtown and Oneco.  I'm looking to buy two properties in the next few months, and 1-2 more a year after that.
