Looking to Connect with Real Estate Agent and Property Manager
Hi everyone,
I'm looking to connect with a Real Estate Agent and Property Manager in Georgia.
I'm an investor from San Francisco and am looking for a duplex in the Atlanta region to invest in. My main goal with this duplex is cash flow.
If you have any other suggestions for regions in Georgia, I am open to hearing about other areas and what they offer! I've been to Georgia once before but wasn't able to get a good sense of what the area offers or what the market is like.
Anyways, I'd love to connect. I'd buy you a cup of coffee if I could, but I think a PM or phone call might be the best place to start!

I own a management company in Kennesaw, GA (excellent place to invest BTW) and we manage about 500 properties in and around Atlanta so give me a shout if you need assistance. I see so many out of state and foreign investors buying in the wrong areas and then have problems.
