Hello Guys!

I've been thinking about this for a while an read a post in this local forum and wanted to see if there were any other interest in this.

Will you be interested in a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly call solely about Real Estate marketing strategies, tools, technology, automation etc as it related to our market?? AKA - ATL RE Marketing Mastermind

I envision something where we can help each others, share our ideas, perhaps even work together on deals. However this is completely 100% about being better at marketing, trying new things, sharing, etc

This includes - Networking events, Sales, Marketing, Advertising - Online presence (fb, insta,google) etc., technology for websites (lead propeller, investor carrot etc) , automation tools, offline strategies, tracking marketing etc., cold calling, LOI and offer submission automation, prospecting, driving for dollars, direct mail strategies, marketing budget, do's and dont's, Marketing Co-Ops, Business Branding, Bandit signs, Craigslist post/Ads, Company gear, Logo, Business cards, etc...everything we need to do to get leads consistently and making deals. 

Marketing and Networking are the backbone of RE and any business. 

This mastermind should be a place for "Iron to sharpen Iron"

Please let me know if this is of interest to you and your business. Everyone and Anyone is welcome. As long as you can share anything you know about marketing. And if you dont, you can always learn from others, then research so you can have something to contribute.

Hi Chuks, I think you should check out the local REIAs. There's 4 at least. Google Georgia REIA and other google strings. The REIAs are in my experience,,, where the more experienced investors hang, where the coaching, training exists. I'm not refering to meetup.org groups, but real REIAs.

At one point I was a member of 4 area REIAs.  

If you want to rub shoulders with mostly folks doing deals just saying the REIAs are where you'll find folks with 20 doors, 40 doors, 100+ doors.  Join them all, poke around all their meetings etc.

PS Are you a consumer needing help with marketing or a trainer because you do so many deals off your marketing you are willing to share?

Hi Curt, thanks for the recommendation. In addition to the REIA's i think a mastermind group is important. Heck it doesn't need to be a lot of people. I still plan to attend my local REIA but I would like a mastermind small group focused on marketing. Im not a trainer, I do implement a lot of marketing and would like to work with other like-minded folks and we can learn from each other.

There are several meet ups in Atlanta with in person events and online discussion groups if REIAs are not your cup of tea. I attend both as the wholesalers tend to the meet up while the buy and hold investors tend to be in REIAs
