New to the Real Estate Investing - Growing Investors List
I'm a Georgia Native, former student athlete with a passion for Real Estate. I launched a real estate investment company with my business partner in in 5 days of being a legitimate business, we had our first deal under contract. I wanted to seek out what are the proper steps to building my cash buyers list and seeing how I can help grow their portfolio! I'm hungry and want to scale within the next year.
Is there a certain direction I should be going to grow my investors list and also to continue to find deals that are WIN-WIN situations for everyone?
