Looking for an Inspector

Hi BP Family,

Am currently in the processing of closing on a property in Augusta, Georgia and need the inspection done like yesterday,does anyone have a referral i could use. My inspector is booked till Monday and my due diligence will expire by then.

HI @Pavel Chibole, in general the best ways I can think of to find a credible inspector are:

• Referrals from real estate investors (through meetups, facebook groups, etc)
• A local Pillar To Post inspector (their franchise training requirements provide a great overlay to local license law).
