Chicago: Looking for help in Real Estate?

Hi

My name is Nick Patterson, I have been in Real Estate now for 12 years. First as a Real Estate agent, owner of a residential brokerage and most recently (2010+) purchasing multi-family properties with a few flips here and there.  I certainly don't know everything and I am still making mistakes of my own, but I am alway happy to meet with other investors to give a few tips and point them in the right direction.

Whats the catch?

1) Must be willing to meet me at my office in the South Loop on Roosevelt and Canal, I typically am free between the hours of 10am-3pm.  

2) Looking to expand my network and maybe you have a deal in place now or in the future and we can work together.

3) Disclaimer: as mentioned I do own a brokerage and believe every investor should have a Real Estate license.  So if you don't have a license I will recommend it highly.
