I am looking for Title/ Escrow companies in the western suburbs that are investor friendly?

Are they more commonly separate or together in Chicagoland area?

I need a company that has done back-to-back/double/simultaneous closings.

I don't want a company that will take 3 weeks to send me docs. 

Please send me referrals and share your good/bad experiences with companies in the area.
