Not sure how this happened , but now I am considered a senior citizen !

Wondering how many of us are there and , as investors , do the strategies change from buy-and-hold to flip ?

I no longer want to wait 10 to 15 years to see my homes appreciate . 


how are others in this age bracket going about investing?
