Great point! Yeah I know of a few companies including Vesta Equity that operates under REG D for United States based investors. Better to regulate than to leave open ended! I think overall the tokenization process has so much room to flourish. It's also an amazing avenue for investors to tap into home equity that's typically locked up or only accessible by way of the bank.
